We are a small computer company
now in Chippewa Falls, WI as well as our new start up
location in Hudson, WI.
We are going on our seventh year of business. We
originally started our business in Owen, WI and have since moved to Chippewa
Falls, WI as well as our new location in Hudson, WI. We have been growing
rapidly both locally and nationally. We are expanding our business to bring
technology, parts, supplies, services and education to rural areas that don't
offer much in the way of local computer stores.
We decided to start the business after seeing how
customers were treated by the big companies and of course found out some of
their secrets they didn't want you to know about. Not to mention the countless
hours on hold waiting for a technician to help and the favorite answer to your
problems, "we need to wipe out the drive and reinstall everything." Or, "sorry
your warranty is up." And the list goes on... Not to mention the
frustrating experiences dealing with other unknowledgeable computer
professionals.
We have also heard the horror stories of customers who take their computers
to "so called computer repair shops" and end up leaving with more problems than
what they came in with and about $300 less in their pocket. We have
seen computer companies take short cuts, use cheap parts and just fill you with
allot of bull just to make a dollar, because they think your stupid.
We don't think our customers are stupid and we don't make our customers feel
stupid like some computer stores do. Some people are very knowledgeable about
computers and others onl most out of that heap of electronic components called a computer.
John holds a Bachelor Degree in Criminal Justice Administration.
Several degrees and Certifications in
Computer Repair and other Computer Related areas. He has completed Basic and
Intermediate High Tech Crime Investigator Classes from the High Tech Crime
Institute and has plans on attending the Advance Class in the near future. He
is also working on Certification as a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer and
Linux Senior Level Administration (LPIC-3.)
Computer service is what we do. We are not another computer store that sells hardware and has a guy in the "back" who fixs
PCs. We are an A+ Certified Computer Service Center. Our bread and butter is
Computer Service, Data Recovery and On-Site Networking with Residential and
Commercial Customers.
Our technicians are required to pass A+ certification as well as other factory requirements and networking certifications for the computer components and networks we service, and they are experienced in computer, laptop and network diagnostics / repair and data recovery.
We treat your computer's problem like its our problem. Please call us if you have any special requests or needs. We'll do our best to meet them. We would like to be your on call IT Department. Now you can do what you do best and leave the tech stuff to us...When your Computer Don't Work Right, We Do!
